The ROI of Upskilling and Reskilling Your Workforce
The United States has been in a labor shortage for years. COVID19 masked it. Now it has returned, and many employers are already struggling to find the employees they need. Heavy doses of recruiting and traditional solutions will not provide your organization the talented workforce you require in the digital age.
Leading edge employers are turning to reskilling and upskilling their workforce as a solution. Attendees will learn how reskilling and upskilling can provide them with the talent they need and reduce their turnover costs, providing a great return-on-investment. As always, the first step is to create the business case for your organization. The next step is to take an interest in your workforce.
