About the Speaker - Jim Paille

Jim is Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for myPay Solutions, a division of Thomson Reuters. His responsibilities include compliance, licensing, bank relationship and risk management. Jim also writes The Payroll Report a monthly blog on current payroll issues.

Jim is a member of the American Payroll Association’s Board of Directors, and is the current Corporate Member Advisor, Jim also sits on the Executive Committee, the Finance Committee and National Speakers Bureau. chairs the CPP Certification Review Panel and is a past President. Jim is an appointed member of ETAAC, The Electronic Tax Administration Advisory Committee. Jim is a past member of IRPAC and IRSAC – The Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council and a current member of RAF – The Reporting Agents Forum for the IRS. Jim is also a board of director for IPPA – The Independent Payroll Providers Association. Jim also sits on the Treasury Advisory Board for Citizens Bank.

Jim is an accomplished speaker and author on payroll and payroll taxation. He conducts several keynotes and webinars annually.

Jim holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY and is a Certified Payroll Professional.
