About the Speakers

Ryan leads the Employee Benefits practice in Minnesota. As the practice leader, Ryan is responsible for growth, strategic planning, and the direction of the EB practice. This includes sales, talent acquisition, resource implementation, and ensuring we create a great client experience. Ryan has more than 10 years of Employee Benefits experience with a focus on the Middle Market. He specializes in reducing the total cost of risk by deploying an integrated approach for clients that focuses both on the supply side (market solutions) and demand side (claims reduction). This approach has helped his clients save money and create a better employee experience.

Bob Greene currently serves as Senior HR Industry Analyst at Ascentis. Bob’s 40 years in the human capital management industry have been spent in practitioner, consultant and vendor/partner roles. As practitioner, he managed payroll for a 5,000-person bank in New Jersey. As consultant, he spent 8 years advising customers in HRMS, and payroll and benefits system design as well as acquisition strategies. Bob also built a strategic HCM advisory practice for Xcelicor (later acquired by Deloitte Consulting.)

Erin Lindsay-Means lives in northwestern Pennsylvania. She is the Human Resources Director at The Arc of Crawford County, a non-profit of about 500 employees which serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Erin earned her undergraduate degree at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in Elementary Education and went on to earn a Master’s in Business Administration from Liberty University. She serves on the board of directors for a low-income housing non-profit and also serves on the finance committee at her church. She lives in an old Victorian home with her husband and two kids— two-year-old daughter and one-year-old son. She enjoys home remodeling, cooking, weight training and being with my family as much as possible!

This webinar has been submitted by HRCI/SHRM for 1 (one) general RCH credit until 10/31/2021. You must watch the entire one-hour recording session per HRCI and SHRM rules and regulations to qualify for credit. If approved, you will be sent an email containing program codes within 30 days of the date of presentation.

The presentation must be viewed in one sitting (the presentation may be paused, but if the browser window closes, you will be required to re-register and watch again from the beginning).
