Now that we have all had time as a society to get up-to-speed on COVID-19, the legislation that surrounds it, and the loan programs, many questions remain. At this point you don’t need more information; you’re just looking to get your questions answered. That’s why we’re here. Join us for a one-hour Q&A session with subject matter experts including an HR industry expert, business banker, employment law attorney, and benefits broker, who can answer your questions. Expect a casual forum focused on addressing your COVID-19 related questions and providing answers.
Bob Greene currently serves as Senior HR Industry Analyst at Ascentis. Bob’s 40 years in the human capital management industry have been spent in practitioner, consultant and vendor/partner roles. As practitioner, he managed payroll for a 5,000-person bank in New Jersey. As consultant, he spent 8 years advising customers in HRMS, and payroll and benefits system design as well as acquisition strategies. Bob also built a strategic HCM advisory practice for Xcelicor (later acquired by Deloitte Consulting.)
Ryan leads the Employee Benefits practice in Minnesota. As the practice leader, Ryan is responsible for growth, strategic planning, and the direction of the EB practice. This includes sales, talent acquisition, resource implementation, and ensuring we create a great client experience. Ryan has more than 9 years of Employee Benefits experience with a focus on the Middle Market. He specializes in reducing the total cost of risk by deploying an integrated approach for clients that focuses both on the supply side (market solutions) and demand side (claims reduction). This approach has helped his clients save money and create a better employee experience.
Andrew Metcalf is an employment lawyer at the Ogletree Deakins law firms. Andrew is a frequent speaker and corporate trainer. In his law practice, he represents businesses and public organizations in all aspects of employment law, including both litigation and human resources advice. He assists clients facing lawsuits and administrative charges alleging employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and violations of other workplace laws and regulations, including the FMLA and FLSA. He has guided clients through investigations by the EEOC, Missouri Commission on Human Rights, the Department of Labor, and OSHA. Having extensive experience with complex employment litigation, Andrew offers strategies to ensure clients are efficiently and thoroughly protected in workplace legal matters.
Dan Iadevito is Vice President, Business Banking Team Lead for Enterprise Bank & Trust, a financial institution headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to leading a team of business bankers, Dan develops relationships that focus on serving the lifetime financial needs of privately-held businesses and their owner families. By taking a holistic approach to cash and capital, Dan works with clients to develop better cash flow and ensure they have access to cash and capital to be prepared for opportunities.
