Multi-Year Impacts on the 2022 Compliance Calendar

Multi-Year Impacts on the 2022 Compliance Calendar

For the last two years or so, employers have been almost universally focused on compliance with pandemic-related legislation, from FFCRA to CARES Act, to CAA’21 and ARPA. During that time, many other, non-COVID-related regulations, at the federal, state and local levels, have emerged or changed – in some cases, unnoticed by a large portion of the HR, Payroll and Benefits professional community. In this webinar, we’ll review those new laws, rule revisions and regulatory changes, to better prepare you to meet the employer compliance challenges of 2022.

What you will learn

  • Employer provided health insurance: 2022 ACA rule updates and changes, ACA reporting and the phase-in of the “No Surprises Act”
  • Federal and state paid leave updates
  • Federal and state minimum wage updates
  • Gender pay equity rules and reporting around the nation
  • State and local health and safety updates in the age of COVID
  • How Ascentis can help
